SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Velour Noir. As part of our commitment to offering thoughtfully curated, limited-release collections, all orders are fulfilled on a pre-order basis.

 

PRE ORDER POLICY

Our products are available for pre-order and are reserved specifically for you once your order is placed.

Pre-order items typically arrive at our warehouse within approximately 2 weeks. Once received, your order will be carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to supplier or carrier delays.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 2–7 business days

United States: 4–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

FREE SHIPPING

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $299 CAD or more.

Shipping rates for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their local authorities.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we make every effort to meet our estimated timelines, occasional delays beyond our control may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or supplier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

COMPLIMENTARY GIFT

Orders of $299 CAD or more qualify for a complimentary tennis bracelet, while supplies last. If a qualifying order is returned and no longer meets the promotional requirements, the complimentary item must also be returned.
